Wind turbines can wear both technological and mechanically over time. As MyWind Energy, we offer retrofit solutions that modernize them and improve performance instead of completely changing working systems. Thus, while the economic life of turbines is extended, maintenance and energy production costs are optimized.
Our Retrofit service is specially planned according to the current situation of the turbine. Many interventions such as regeneration, in-system performance improvements, oil exchanges and filtering are included in this scope.
Major Retrofit Works:
Hydraulic Oil Change: Hydraulic oils that are disturbed by high temperature and working load, reduce the efficiency of the system. Exchange of turbine manufacturer with accurate oils according to the standards recommended.
Gear Box Oil and Filter Exchange: Over time contaminated and dolan shaft with metal particles, the gear system forces. Therefore, the system is maintained by renewing both fat and filters periodically.
Gearbox Flushing (Cleaning): It is cleaned with in-gear box, special chemicals and circulation systems and is purified from oil residues, metal particles and dirt. This process improves the efficiency of new oil and the life of the box.
Performance Booster Updates: Sensor, software, control panel, such as changing turbine systems with more new versions, providing more precise monitoring and safer operation.

How do we do?
The retrofit process is planned by considering the past malfunction data, fat analysis and equipment status of your turbine. The required material and technical personnel are directed to the field. All operations are carried out in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and international maintenance procedures.
The working performance of the system is controlled with post-processing tests, and a comprehensive service and analysis report is offered to the customer.
