Borescope Analysis:
The internal surfaces of the gearbox, main bearing, generator and other closed systems are examined with special borescope cameras. Problems such as wear and tear, cracks, rust and contamination that cannot be seen with the naked eye are reported in detail. This process allows the internal structure to be clearly evaluated without the need to disassemble the turbine.
End of Warranty (EOW) Audit:
It is a detailed technical analysis performed to detect possible malfunctions that are under the responsibility of the manufacturer in turbines whose warranty period is about to expire. In this way, the necessary determinations are made before exercising your rights under warranty.
Vibration and Thermal Analysis:
Vibration analysis of rotating equipment such as rotors, generators and gearboxes is performed; abnormal movements are detected at an early stage. Thermal cameras are used to observe the heat distribution of the system and identify overheated areas.
Oil and Filter Analysis:
Gearbox and hydraulic system oils are sampled and analyzed in a laboratory environment. System health is measured by evaluating parameters such as metal particle density, viscosity, and water ratio.
Reporting and Recommendation Plan:
After all inspections, a comprehensive technical report is presented to the customer. The report includes the findings, potential risks, points requiring intervention and future maintenance recommendations.
