Scope of Service:

• Borescope Analysis:
  The inner surfaces of the gear box, main bearing, generator and other closed systems are examined with special boroscope cameras. Problems such as abrasions, cracks, rusting and contamination are reported in detail. This process provides clear evaluation of the internal structure without the need to dismantle the turbine.

• End of Warranty (EOW) Audit:
  The warranty period is a detailed technical analysis made for the detection of possible malfunctions in turbines, which are to end. In this way, it is necessary to detect your rights under warranty before using it.

• Vibration and Thermal Analysis:
  Vibration analysis of rotary equipment such as rotor, generator and gear box are performed; abnormal movements are detected in early stages. Heat distribution of the system with thermal cameras is observed, overheated zones are determined.

• Oil and Filter Analysis:
  Gear box and hydraulic system oils are sampled and analyzed in laboratory environment. The system health is measured by evaluating parameters such as metal particle density, viscosity, water rate.

• Reporting and Suggestion Plan:
  After all audits, comprehensive technical reports are offered to the customer. The report contains detected findings, potential risks, points requiring intervention and forward-looking maintenance advice.
