Wind turbines need not only the right installation to work with high performance, but also regular and professional care. As MyWind Energy, we offer comprehensive maintenance services to prolong the life of turbines, prevent performance losses and minimize malfunction risks.
Our service scope extends from planned periodic maintenance to predictive system controls, detailed component analysis from the management of emergency intervention situations.
Featured Maintenance Services:
500 Hour Care: The early-term maintenance process planned from the moment the turbine started to work first. The system works with the correct installation, the connections are solid and the vibrations are corrected in this maintenance, which is at normal level.
6 Monthly and Annual Periodic Maintenances: Problems such as looseness, abrasion, oil leakage and imbalance are detected early by controlling each component (process box, generator, rotor system, tower connections etc.). All ports torque, filter changes, oil controls, sensor tests are performed in this process.
Torching Services: All bolts are supplied by manufacturer torque values. Deflections and relaxation in tower anchors are also removed with special equipment.
Alignment and Setting Operations: The alignment of the generator and gear box is made meticulously, ensuring the rotor balance and mechanical centering operations.
Predicative (Predicative) Maintenance: Advanced analysis service focused on identifying potential risks before failure. The general health of the turbine is constantly monitored and reported with data such as vibration measurements, temperature analysis, oil quality tests.
All our maintenance processes are carried out in accordance with turbine manufacturer standards and international security protocols. All equipment used are certified, our employees are trained in high altitude, electrical safety and in- turbine intervention. After each maintenance, there is a detailed technical care report to our customer. Thus, both transactions and recommended follow-up steps are clearly documented.
