As MyWind Energy, we offer end-to-end engineering services in the installation processes of wind turbines. With our team of expert engineers and technical teams in each field, we prepare project-specific installation plans, taking into account the specific conditions of the field, we implement these plans with timely and high precision.
Our installation service is not only a assembly process; it is a multi-stage engineering organization, including planning, application and commissioning. At the first stage, turbine positioning, basic preparation and infrastructure systems are planned in line with exploration and ground analysis. Then, a comprehensive installation process, covering all components of the wind turbine begins:
Tower installation: Tower segments are installed respectively in the process of starting with the control of the basic anchor points.
Nacelle installation: The generator is placed on the tower with the help of crane with gear box and other main parts.
Wing assembly: Rotor wings are assembled with balance and angular calculations and secured the aerodynamic performance of the turbine.
Electrical connections: Electrical systems such as transformer, cable connections and control panels are installed and integrated.
All these processes are carried out in accordance with the technical specifications of field safety, occupational health, environmental regulations and turbine producers. In addition, the detailed technical report to the investor after the installation, the instructions for use and the maintenance plan is presented.
