As MyWind Energy, we perform the change of all the main components that have been exceeded over time, malfunctioned or yield loss with professional team and high security standards.
Our installation service is not only a assembly process; a multi-stage engineering orgaBiiling change service, not only interfere with malfunction; but also the planned modernization and performance optimization process. As a result of preliminary examination, analysis and technical measurements on the field, the change is detected and the operation is started. At the first stage, turbine positioning, basic preparation and infrastructure systems are planned in line with exploration and ground analysis. Then, a comprehensive installation process, covering all components of the wind turbine begins:
Gearbox (Built-in Box): The gear boxes that play the main role in energy transmission can affect the entire turbine in failure or performance miscarriage. We change sensitive assembly with lubrication and alignment operations.
Main Bearing (Main Bearing): The main bearing, which ensures smooth rotation of the rotor, causes high vibration and yield loss in the case of wear. Change is made with the necessary equipment and expertise.
Generator (Jener): Electrical connections and mechanical integration are provided meticulously in the change of the generator located in the center of electrical production.
Hub and Blade (Rotor Liner and Wings): The change of Aerodynamic structures requires precise angle and balance calculations.
